Novatel XV620 ExpressCard

This is Novatel's first ExpressCard/34 Solution. This card is expected to be available in late May/June 2006 time frame. We are expecting this to first be available on the Verizon network (note the name is identical to the V620, except for the X in front - which indicates that this is a V620 in the ExpressCard format). We are also hearing that Dell is acquiring this product too and will be calling it the "Dell Wireless 5700 EVDO ExpressCard" and also making it available around the same time.

We are expecting Mac OS X drivers to be available for the MacBooks at the same time these cards are available. We expect Sprint's version of this card to be called the XS620.

This may be the same card that Dell ships with their ExpressCard based laptops.

The XV620 does have a flip up antenna and in the 34 millimeter ExpressCard format.
